Shipping and Returns

Cave-prints delivers its products directly to your doorstep, ensuring maximum security during shipment. The shipping time usually takes seven days and may vary based on your distance from the Astrography office in Poland, EU. In case of a seasonal surge in sales, the delivery time may extend. However, please note that the production time for each product varies based on demand, taking up to two business days for prints and up to five business days for frames and canvas stretches.

Cave-prints ships worldwide, but some products may only be available in the European Union, USA, and Canada. The countries for which shipping is available are clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

Sales Tax & Custom

If you're located outside the European Union, you're responsible for paying any applicable sales tax and custom duties. Sales tax is included in the product's price for customers located within the European Union.

Shipping, returns, and right of withdrawal

If you wish to make changes to your order, you have six hours from the time of placing the order to do so. Cave-prints will review replacement or refund requests within 14 days of the order being placed. If a product is missing, damaged, or contains a print error, Cave-prints will replace the product or issue a refund if requested. However, please note that Cave-prints will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer, such as an incorrect name or address.

Cave-prints allows you to return a poster within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original state and has not been used. The refund will be for 100% of the product's value, minus the shipping cost. Please note that the return policy does not apply to custom prints, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded if only a part of the received Cave-prints product is returned.
