We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cave-Prints. If, for any reason, you wish to exercise your right to withdraw your order within 30 days of receiving it, please follow the instructions below.

How to Withdraw Your Order:

Open the downloaded PDF file on your device.

Fill out the withdrawal form accurately and provide the required information.

Carefully package the poster you wish to return, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging.

Send the poster, along with the completed withdrawal form, to the following address:

Important Notes:

The withdrawal period is valid for 30 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the poster must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Please retain proof of postage and consider using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning the poster.
Once we receive the returned poster and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs for returning the poster are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
